Sometimes an item just isn't quite right. Whether your item is faulty, damaged during shipping or you have just changed your mind.

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange on Beauty and Spa or Sale items.

Please email us at hello@thelittlewrenemporium.com.au to notify our team that you wish to return or exchange an item.

We will need to receive the item(s) back to us in the same condition it was delivered to you – unopened, unused and in original packaging.

Postage will need to be prepaid by the customer. We recommend you ship via Registered Post, as you assume risk of lost, theft or damage during transit.

The Little Wren Emporium will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

While we take the time to carefully package each item, sometimes these things happen.
